1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Bitcoin ATMs operated by Future Breeze S.r.o. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By using our ATMs and related services (“Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Privacy Policy available on the official website www.future-breeze.eu.
By conducting a transaction, you confirm that you own and control the cryptocurrency wallet and funds used in the transaction.
2. Nature of the Service
Our ATMs allow customers to buy and sell supported cryptocurrencies in person at Company-operated locations. The Service is not available online and may only be used at ATMs owned and operated by the Company. Supported cryptocurrencies/networks include:
  • BTC (Bitcoin) – Bitcoin mainnet
  • ETH (Ethereum) – Ethereum mainnet, Optimism, Arbitrum
  • LTC (Litecoin) – Litecoin mainnet
  • USDC (USD Coin) – Ethereum (ERC-20), Optimism, Arbitrum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20)
  • TRX (Tron) – Tron mainnet (TRC-20)
  • WLD (Worldcoin) – Worldchain, Optimism
  • BNB – Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20)
  • SOL (Solana) – Solana mainnet
Please remember that all transactions are final, irreversible, and non-refundable due to the inherent nature of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
3. Transactions
  • You must be physically present at a Company ATM to conduct a transaction.
  • Supported cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies may change without notice.
  • The exchange rate (including all applicable fees) is displayed on the ATM.
  • By completing the transaction, you accept the displayed rate and fees.
The Company may:
  • impose transaction limits,
  • refuse or suspend transactions,
  • freeze funds where required by law or in case of suspected unlawful activity.
The Customer may not use multiple wallets, third-party wallets, or multiple identities to avoid transaction limits, identity verification requirements, or regulatory controls.
4. Fees
Transaction fees are included in the exchange rate presented before confirmation.
The exchange rate consists of:
  • the Market Price (determined by the Company),
  • a Transaction Fee (buy/sell margin),
  • a Network Fee (blockchain processing fee).
Fees may vary by location and may change at any time. By confirming a transaction, you accept the applicable rate and fees.
The Company may charge an administrative fee of up to 10% of the transaction amount where a transaction cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the Customer, including but not limited to refusal or failure to complete KYC, provision of incorrect information, or breach of these Terms. The fee may be deducted from the transaction amount prior to any refund.
5. Cryptocurrency Risks
Cryptocurrency is volatile, not legal tender, and not backed or insured by any government authority. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
  1. Price volatility and potential total loss of value. Cryptocurrency prices may fluctuate rapidly and may result in a total loss of funds.
  1. Irreversible transactions. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed.
  1. Risk of fraud or cyber-attack. Users are responsible for safeguarding their personal information, private keys, and wallet access etc.
  1. Blockchain confirmation times may vary. Transactions may take longer than expected to be confirmed.
  1. Service interruptions. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for delays, technical failures, maintenance, or network disruptions.
  1. Accuracy of transaction details. Users are solely responsible for providing correct wallet addresses and transaction information. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from errors or sending funds to third-party wallets.
  1. No guarantee of market value. Transaction prices may not reflect current market rates.
  1. Compliance with laws. Users are responsible for ensuring their cryptocurrency use complies with local laws and regulations.
  1. No financial, tax, or legal advice. The Company does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
6. Wallet Responsibility
You must use your own cryptocurrency wallet. Use of a third-party or another person’s wallet is prohibited.
The Company:
  • does not provide wallet services,
  • is not responsible for wallet functionality,
  • is not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses entered by you,
  • is not liable for lost, stolen or misdirected cryptocurrency.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and your funds.
7. Fraud Awareness
Cryptocurrency ATM transactions are commonly used in fraud schemes. Users should verify sources and beware of scams, fraudulent offers, or social engineering.
You should not send cryptocurrency to unknown persons or in connection with:
  • online relationships,
  • job offers requiring fund transfers,
  • online marketplace purchases demanding crypto payment.
The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from fraud. If in doubt, contact our support before completing a transaction.
8. Eligibility and KYC
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing regulations, the Company may collect and verify personal information. This may include, but is not limited to:
  • Full name, date of birth, address, nationality
  • Government-issued ID documentation and facial image
  • Transaction data and video recordings
  • Source of funds (SOF) and purpose of transactions
Identity verification may be required depending on transaction limits and applicable law.
The Service may only be used by natural persons of legal age for personal purposes. Corporate entities and organizations are not accepted. The Service may not be used on behalf of any other person or entity.
9. Data Retention
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and retained for the legally required period. In particular, information collected for anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) purposes may be retained for up to 10 years following the end of the transaction.
Data may be shared with competent regulatory authorities where legally required. The Company applies appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data.
10. Customer Obligations
As a user of the Service, you are responsible for:
  1. Ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details and wallet addresses.
  1. Using only wallets that you own. The use of third-party wallets is strictly prohibited.
  1. Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) requirements.
  1. Completing all required KYC and identity verification steps.
  1. Providing accurate information regarding the source of funds and the purpose of transactions if requested for compliance purposes.
  1. Responding promptly to Company inquiries regarding your transactions.
  1. Reporting any suspected fraud, scams, or suspicious activity related to the Service.
The Service must not be used for illegal purposes. Any such use may result in suspension of Service access and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Users are responsible for any fees or losses incurred as a result of incorrect transaction details, wallet addresses, failed transactions, refused transactions, KYC refusal, verification failures, or other actions caused by the user. The Operator is not liable for such losses.
Damage to ATMs or interference with the Company’s equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Customers are advised to keep a record of all transaction receipts or confirmations for their personal records and for potential dispute resolution.
11. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including market volatility, technical failures, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
Cryptocurrency transactions are not insured or guaranteed by any governmental authority.
12. Complaints
If you have any complaints regarding the Service or a transaction, you may contact the Company using the contact details provided on the ATM or the Company’s website.
Complaints should include sufficient details to identify the transaction (e.g., date, time, location, transaction ID).
The submission of a complaint does not affect the final and irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions. More information on https://future-breeze.eu/complaint.
13. Amendments
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
